Yes, legit, at least in certain areas. I’ve used it for recon and have posted reviews and comments. So many sites are regional, so find the ones that work. I don’t know too many that post on the Escort Babylon/Alligator sites, but there are a few in some areas. You need to sign up and, I think, post a review before you can see other review details.
